Exhibition & Sponsorship

We warmly invite companies and research partners to actively participate in Workshop 2026 — either by presenting an exhibit or booth in the exhibition area, or by supporting the event as a sponsor.

Exhibition

We would be delighted if your organization would take part in our exhibition with an exhibit or information booth.
In addition, we plan a short plenary session where each exhibitor can briefly present their contribution to the exhibition.

Participation for your booth staff (and additional guests, if applicable) is free of charge, if you are willing to present your contribution to our scientific community in the ** plenary session**

Setup and dismantling times:

• Setup: September 22 (afternoon) or September 23 (morning)
• Dismantling: September 24 (afternoon)

We will discuss details regarding space, technical requirements, etc. individually in advance.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Apart from the exhibition, you can also support the workshop financially through one of our sponsorship options.
Your contribution helps us keep the workshop free of charge for all participants and supports coffee breaks, lunch, and the social event.

Sponsorship Levels

Special offer for exhibitors:
Exhibitors with a booth will be upgraded by one category in the sponsorship ranking (e.g., Gold Sponsor for €300 instead of €600).

Visibility for Sponsors

All sponsors will be:

• Acknowledged on the website according to their category,
• Highlighted during the event (e.g., in the opening session and printed program),
• Optionally featured in social media posts.
